SHIPPING: All products are handmade and packaged myself to assure that every customer receive every item that they have ordered. I aim to provide each customer with good quality Natural skincare products, After your order has been processed you'll receive an email confirmation shortly after, You can expect your package between (1-3) Business days That's MON-FRI. ONLY.... Excluding weekends an all HOLIDAYS. All orders are shipped out through USPS so once I have dropped them off it will No longer be my responsibility for any LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If this should happen you'll need to file a claims report through USPS they'll gladly be able to help you with handling/resolving your situation for you. So with that being said I ask that you all please take your time when checking out making sure that your address and any APT#'S, SUITES,CONDO'S numbers etc. are all readable and correct on your invoice in order for things to go more smoothly as well as receiving your package fast an promptly (THANK YOU SO MUCH)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature along with great services of our Natural Products there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES Given... UNLESS there has been proven evidence/receipts of something that I may have forgotten,mixed up, or failed to ship within your order, So only if it's an discrepency on our end as well with the correct Documentation/communication. I will most definitely fix the matter(PROMPTLY) I will not except returns/exchanges based on buyer's remorse. All of our products are online for viewing(DAILY) so you can allow yourself to make the correct selections/choice on what you would like before placing your order. If your package is returned to me because of WRONG ADDRESS, or INCORRECT APT. NUMBERS, CITY OR STATE etc. you will be notified by email (PROMPTLY) of this matter an it will be your responsibility to pay your shipping fee again in order to receive your package

ABANDONED CART
If you put products in your cart but end up abandoning your cart you will only have 24hrs. From the time you have placed it in your cart to check out of your cart. If you fail to do so your cart will appear empty after your 24hrs. delay. You will also receive an email reminder that you still have items in your cart just in case you may have forgotten your items. You can always just go back an re-purchase your items an check out (PROMPTLY) To avoid losing your items again.

 

REFUNDS
